Job Description
s:
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues raised from users.
- To check and verify user access activities on server.
- To verify/setup user access to individual file folder permission.
- To monitor the CPU and hard disk performance on every server.
- To monitor firewall activities.
- To perform Microsoft Sever Windows updates.
- To send and retrieve tape media from Cisco Recall.
- Configure printer and scanning for user on MFP printer.
- To provide users\xe2\x80\x99 support on third party program/software and liaise with third party support vendors for application server, etc.
- To setup new PC/Notebook.
- To trouble shoot PC/Notebook problems.
- NITEC or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or it related.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT Support.
- Must have experience in user support (local and remote/overseas), IT hardware and application software support.
