Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led or virtual classroom to partners and end-user customers on a regular schedule.
Work with key vendors to ensure accurate and effective training content.
Desire to excel on training and consulting
Continue interest in keeping current with latest industry trends.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience conducting instructor led/classroom training for related technology products and services.
Experience designing and developing instructor-led content with technical subject matter content.
Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter.
Technical Degree (i.e. Computer Science) or relevant work experience required.
A strong \xe2\x80\x9cstage presence\xe2\x80\x9d and able to manage a room of adult learners.
Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects.
CCSI, MCT and others certified vendor related certification is a plus.
