:Join us to Transform Lives!Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S), is a not-for-profit charity based in Singapore. ARC(S) is dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society. ARC (S) offers a wide range of services: Pathlight School, and two social enterprises, The Art Faculty and Professor Brawn.Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer a unique blend of mainstream academic curriculum and life readiness skills. We are currently the largest special education school in Singapore and due to our further expansion, we invite candidates who have proven commitment and competence to join us in the role of ICT Trainer.The Team:IT & Design Academy (ITDA) o\xef\xac\x80ers relevant and meaningful Information Technology (IT) & Design courses to all students in Pathlight School. We believe that our students have the natural aptitude towards technology and we run courses in an autism-friendly environment to equip our students with tools and skills positioning them for the future, a life beyond school.Your Impact and Contribution:We are looking for an engaging and passionate specialist to help us deliver the best training experience possible and help us realise our vision of becoming the largest training provider in ICT in the Autism Community. We are one of the School\'s signature programme and is currently ramping ourselves further to become the next-generation learning community of empowered future technology leaders and learners.

• Conceptualising, Developing and conducting outcomes driven ICT Training courses across multiple technical & creative domains for our learners, educators and all other staff.
• Work with other educators and course developers to produce interactive and self-study materials fueling our drive towards blended learning.
• Communicate our learners\' outcomes in ICT via their work/portfolio and written assessment reports via platforms and tools adopted by the School.
• Contribute to a small development team in projects, building clickable working prototypes with your empathetic design thinking expertise.
• Work with another team member to help maintain and improve our websites and web presence.
• Ensure compliance to organizational policies and SOPs and contribute proactively to meeting the department goals and KPIs.
• Provide regular updates on status reports on projects and duties
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:Your must-haves:

• Relevant education qualification(s) in IT or related discipline
• Prior direct working experience in conducting ICT training for different groups of learners
• Possess a keen interest in imparting ICT knowledge and learning and are always learning and adopting the best educational approach to maximise learners\' outcomes
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills
