Expert, adviser and designer ensuring that our offices in Asia are supported by our global training strategies. You will be based in Singapore but responsible for Asia, together with a colleague based in our Hong Kong office.
You will be responsible for working with each office to ensure they are resourced and informed so that their teams are making the best use of technology. That involves working with them to operationalise global strategies and analysing their needs to fit back into global strategy setting.
You will have a creative role, commissioning, designing, or delivering training that your offices need to improve their digital adoption or to take on board new technologies.
As the Asia specialist, you will sit alongside peers with responsibilities for other regions and share the responsibility for our global programs.
Part of the wider Asia Technology team, working alongside other service delivery specialists.

Key responsibilities and challenges
Delivering adoption in Asia
Primary link between the training team and the offices in Asia.
Review current regional technology training position and develop an improvement plan that is in line with global plans.
Partner with regional offices in building their implementation of the global strategy.
Help plan how adoption strategies for new or existing technology will be implemented in Europe.
Take ownership for delivery of the designed training, ensuring each office is resourced to do so.
Managing the regional local trainer networks, helping keep them updated and ensuring they have the skills and expertise to deliver technology training.
Overall responsibility for the delivery of the technology induction program for new starters in Europe.
Delivering training for European offices to address immediate issues, or where significant change is taking place in the region.
Advise project teams on how to achieve adoption for their programs on deployment and lead the creation of those materials.
Provide training on a global basis, or to support other regions.
Answer questions from our users, in region and globally, on how to make the best of our technology.
Available to travel to other offices in the region once a month.
Practical experience
Experience of designing training and adoption programmes.
Understands the legal industry and has experience in the sector or professional services.
Proven record in delivering technology training and digital adoption.
Experience of taking ownership of learning for a region or business area.
Able to design a program of work and report on progress against it.
