Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot on OT systems i.e. MES system, PCS system etc
• Support projects related to all infrastructure components data center consolidation, migration, collocation, network upgrade, expansion or move to cloud based solution adoption etc
• Coordinate and support IT network infrastructure, software and hardware system packages
• Responsible for IT infrastructure set up and GMP qualification for biopharma
• Ensure projects stays within the confines of the time restraints
• Responsible for overseeing continual programming of IT services
• Advising on software or hardware upgrades
• Any other task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Specialized Certification in computer science/IT or related with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Has a strong background and experience in IT infrastructure
• Having working knowledge on OT systems (i.e. MES system (Syncade), PCS system, etc) is advantageous.
• Experience working in pharma / GMP environment is preferred.
• Proven track record and experience in supporting IT computer network infrastructure and software project management
• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
• Well versed in network infrastructure, software, hardware systems, IT operations, data storage system migration, project management.
• Familiar with hardware servers, computers, data centers, switches, hubs and routers, software ERP and network administrator etc.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
