Job Description
Overview: -
- 5 Days work per week (Monday to Friday), 8.45am to 5.30pm
- Monthly base salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,500
- AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus
- Lift Industry
- Manage day-to-day service operations and functions
- Ensure service teams minimise elevator breakdowns through day-to-day maintenance activities
- Manage corrective and preventive measures to improve performance and reliability objectives and reduce call-back rates and sick units
- Conduct periodic inspections and visitations to fulfil customer satisfaction objectives and handle complaints
- Develop and motivate staff through counselling, appraisal, and rewards
- Communicate and build rapport with internal and external customers and service providers
- Collaborate with Sales colleagues for traditional and non-traditional repair job implementation
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 3 years as an engineer from lift industry experience
- Experienced in customer relationship management including negotiation
- Ability to lead the staffs and staff motivation abilities
