Job Description
Overview: -
- Monthly Basic Salary: Up to $5500 (Depending On Experience)
- Pasir Panjang (Beverage industry)
- 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours
- Provide advisory and support to Commercial Associates on Strategic and Tactical HR issue while also ensuring consistency in employment practices.
- Liaise with Company Legal Counsel in handling industrial relations court cases, monitor and ensure case is litigated with company\xe2\x80\x99s best interest in mind.
- Advise managers and staff on issues with regards to employment legislation in SG.
- Oversee the smooth administration and provision of all employee services activities through close collaboration with People Services in areas such as payroll and benefits, admin services, expat management, facilities management, etc.
You will need: -
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in HR Department
- Minimum req; Degree in Business Management with HR
