Job Position: Site Manager (DSM)

Office: Boon Lay Way, Singapore
Working Hours : 830am ~ 530pm (Mon- Fri), 830am ~1230pm (Sat)
Salary Range: $6,000 ~$9,000 (Gross Salary)
Benefit : Will be disclose in the interview sessionJob Requirement1 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Deep Soil Mixing projects/works;
2.Professional Degree or Diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or Construction;
3.Ms Office would be an advantage;
4.Good leadership and decision-making skills based on a good understanding of the situation, knowing the details and thinking end-to-end.
5.Able to have prompt, open and direct communications to manage diverse teams and conditions, with good conflict / dispute resolution skills.
6.Accountable, committed, proactive with initiative and sense of urgency and willing to get hands dirty to resolve issues.
7.Has a keen sense of cost consciousness to maximise value for the company.1.Coordinates with client on the work activities.
2.Responsible to deliver project productivity to target numbers at project site.
3.Responsible to ensure execution of the daily project plans and activities (e.g. rig movement, and people allocation and material arrangement) at project site.
4.Responsible to bring to attention and get approval from PM for changes in required resources (e.g. OT, additional manpower or additional equipment).
5.Responsible to accurately verify and validate material and equipment deliveries to project site
6.Responsible to record accurately and timely manpower / equipment time card.
7.Responsible to highlight QA / QC non conformances to Site Engineer.
8.Responsible to maintain the good working conditions of the equipment (e.g. planned periodic maintenance i.e. daily, monthly etc, boom down inspections, taking effective steps to respond to breakdowns etc)
9.Responsible to implement HSEQ compliance in execution of projects e.g. Pre-Task Talk, tool box talks, Safe 7, Lifting Plans etc
10.Ensure working platform safety at the project site;
11.Develops direct reports through engagement, coaching and performance feedback;
12.Ensure full compliance to companies HR policies (e.g. Ethics, COBC, Site discipline) for their team.
