Required Skills for Workers:
- Proficiency in AutoCad, 3D Max, photography software and sketching. so that drawings can be provided when required.:
- Handle the bidding process such as surveying, purchasing quotes, quantity checking, etc.
- Researching, understanding and interpreting bid requirements
- Preparing and arranging necessary for the submission of bids
- Sourcing required materials and suppliers, processing interim progress claims, subcontractor progress claim changes and change orders
- Handling projects from contract award to completion, including final accounts
- Scope of work includes processing and awarding of subcontracts, progress claims, etc.
- Take on specific tasks/assignments as directed by management
- Participate in site meetings and be responsible for handling all client requirements/feedback
- Drafting technical drawings for fabrication and construction including floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
- Conduct site visits and meet with clients to discuss layout plans and design concepts.
- Prepares presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting materials, mood boards for approval.Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management/Business Development or relevant industry qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in the field of Quantity Surveying or Contracts/Tendering
- Willingness to work hard and put in extra effort/time to meet deadlines
