- Assist the Project Director / Project Manager to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy.
- Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle.Responsibility and job description:- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
- Delegate tasks to the Project team whom are best positioned to complete them.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple projects are running to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Adjust schedule and target on the project as needs when encounter changes without compromising the clients\' expectations and schedule set out.
- Communicating with Project Director to keep the project aligned with their goals and handover schedule.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.Requirements:
- Responsible and accountable
- Adaptive and quick on the feet to handle challenges on site
- Good communication skills with clients/IDs/consultants/subcons/vendors etc
- Must be able to multi-task and manage several things at one time
- Handle stress/pressure and work hard with tight deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft applications (E.g Word, Excel etc)
- Read drawings is a must
- Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
