Preparing payroll, updating and maintaining employee files (hiring, resignation)
- Reducing expatriate employee tax from MOM, applying for or canceling work permits.
- Ad hoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager
- Active participation in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements and managing the recruitment process
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with policies and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Experience working as a human resources officer, administrator, or in other human resources positions
- Knowledge of HR functions (compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and development, etc.)
- Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Manage compensation and benefits
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Benchmarking compensation and benefits
- Support annual compensation reviews
- Implement and monitor performance management systems
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
- Manage the employee disciplinary process
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and healthRequirements:
