Japanese B2b Sales Executive – English Language Training

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our English language training programs to Japanese students and communities in Singapore. Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with Japanese corporates, educational agencies, and community associations to drive student enrolment. Identify and grow partnerships within Japanese networks, schools, and organizations to expand market reach. Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable programs. Achieve individual and team sales targets, including lead generation, conversion, and retention goals. Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and community activities relevant to the Japanese market.

Requirements



Native Japanese speaker or fluent in Japanese, with strong English communication skills. Proven track record in sales, business development, or education marketing, preferably within the language training or education sector. Solid B2B resources and experience dealing with corporate clients. Strong network within Japanese communities in Singapore or Southeast Asia is highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
