Job Description

One of our Japanese clients who operates clinic is looking for Japanese speaking Interpreter cum Receptionist who can join to their team.

You can choose the working venue from either near CBD or West Coast area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Japanese speaking Interpreter cum Receptionist, You will be conveying medical information between speakers of Japanese and English languages according to the policies and procedures of clinic relating to patient confidentiality, informed consent, non-discrimination, code of ethics and standards of practice.

In addition, you will also to support the clinic operation as a receptionist and dispenser providing accurate, efficient clerical and administrative duties, including dispensing duties according to clinic policies and procedures to ensure excellent and quality services to all patients and in compliant with the regulations.

1\xef\xbc\x8eAssist to facilitate successful delivery of translation services in between patients and physicians / nurse. Responsible for communicating the physician\'s diagnosis, treatment plan and advice with the patient during physical examination.

2\xef\xbc\x8eMaintain patient\'s privacy when called upon to convey personal information. Perform written translation as required in patient encounters, such as filling out forms, and medical instructions and medication schedules, administrative translation, such as letters to patients, documents and patient materials including medical reports.

3\xef\xbc\x8eAssisting the Clinic\'s operation as Receptionist and Medicine dispenser and administration.

Reporting line: Branch Manager
Team size: 3 in the branch near CBD, and 4 in the West Coast Area

JOB REQUIREMENT

\xe2\x97\x8f Japanese: Business level (equivalent to JLPT N1, as most of our patients are Japanese)
\xe2\x97\x8f At least 2 years working experience in customer service industry, or medical clinic background is preferred
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication skills and awareness in cultural diversities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Good interpersonal skills, relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with patients, doctors and colleagues
\xe2\x97\x8f Obtains basic skill for using PC

OTHER INFORMATIONS
Working days: Depends on the working shift (Mon-Sun including PH, 8 days of non-working days, a compensatory day-off will be provided if worked in PH)

Working hours: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Salary Range: SGD4,000 - SGD6,000
Bonus: Yes (AWS + VB)
Transportation Reimbursement Provided
Handphone Allowance: SGD30
Annual Leave: 10 days

Probation Period: 3 months
