Manage, train, and motivate the service team to deliver an exceptional Omakase dining experience.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain seamless front- and back-of-house coordination.
Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure premium guest satisfaction.
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to achieve business profitability.
Participate in
pre-opening preparations
, including recruitment, training, SOP setup, and soft launch planning.
Maintain compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
Support management in strategic planning, marketing activities, and branding efforts.
Job Requirements
Proven experience
as an
Assistant Manager (AM) or above
in a
Japanese fine-dining
or
French fine-dining
restaurant.
Pre-opening experience
in restaurant setup and operational planning is preferred.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Restaurant Management or related fields.
Japanese language skills
will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Passion for Japanese culinary culture and delivering premium guest experiences.
