Responsibilities:
Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business for Airfreight / Oceanfreight/ Warehousing services
Conduct market research to identify business strategy, to meet customer objectives and evaluating the prospect company's position in the industry.
Actively seek out new Japanese sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and skills:
Fluent in Japanese language as needed to support Japanese customers.
Good writing skill in Japanese for reporting to Japan HQ.
Possess bachelor's degree in Japan University.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in international Forwarding and warehousing business
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent marketing and negotiating techniques
