Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
Java Card applets
for smart card solutions. Implementsecure applications
in compliance with EMV, Global Platform. Work on card personalization, key management, and secure data storage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, QA, product, integration) to deliver high-quality solutions. Debug and resolve issues related tocard lifecycle management
and transaction processing. Ensure compliance withsecurity best practices
in payment/identity systems.Required Skills
3-7 years
of professional experience in Java development, with at least 3+ years inJava Card technology
. Strong understanding ofJava Card API, GlobalPlatform specifications, APDU commands.
Experience withsmart card personalization, card issuance systems, and PKI-based authentication
. Knowledge ofcryptography concepts (RSA, AES, DES, PKI, key exchange, certificates)
. Proficiency in debugging smart card applications and working with simulators/emulators. * Familiarity withsecure elements (SE), payment cards, telecom SIMs, or eID solutions
