9+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development. Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Batch), Angular. Familiarity with database management (Oracle, MySQL). Experience in leading Team
Good to Have
Experience in AWS GCC environment & CI CD (SHIP HATS) Pipeline. Experience in production support, debugging, and performance optimization. Knowledge of government IT security standards (OWAPS). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a maintenance/support environment. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Prior experience working on government projects is highly desirable.
