1. Client Reception and Sales Support
Provide face-to-face/online client reception with professional, seamless, and approachable service
Assist sales managers with product recommendations, try-ons, and order follow-ups
Maintain high-end client relationships (including appointment scheduling, post-sales communication, etc.)
2. Merchandise Management and Display
Handle jewelry display setup/teardown, inventory counting, and daily cleaning/maintenance
Assist with foundational operations including showroom displays and inventory management
3. Exhibition & Business Travel Support
Participate in company-organized domestic/international exhibitions and business trips
Collaborate with teams on-site for reception, setup, and product management
Adapt to periodic travel and fluctuating work rhythms
4. Learning & Product Expertise Development
Basic colored gemstone knowledge preferred
Commitment to ongoing education in diamonds, colored gems, and fine jewelry
High engagement in internal training with proactive learning attitude
Requirements
Language: Fluent Mandarin and English; Cantonese proficiency a plus
Customer service experience (luxury goods, jewelry, hospitality, aviation, or retail industries preferred)
Professional appearance, articulate communication, fast-paced work ethic, strong comprehension skills
Strong learning ability, positive mindset, mature teamwork awareness
Willingness to accept company-arranged business trips and role adjustments
Steady temperament, thorough execution, attentive and meticulous attitude, genuine interest in customer service
Bonus Points
Experience in jewelry or luxury goods industry
Familiarity with basic social media content photography and editing
Keen sense of color, aesthetics, and styling
