We are looking for a

part-time Operations Admin

to support our online tuition centre on

Weekdays and Saturdays

. This is a remote role, ideal for someone organised, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

Upload lesson replays after classes Create Zoom links and Google Drive folders Set up registration pages for webinars and online classes Following up on leads Handle parent enquiries (via WhatsApp/Email) Perform ad-hoc admin duties when necessary
Working Hours

Mondays to Fridays, 7pm - 9pm

Saturdays, 10am - 6pm

Own computer with
