The Job
We are looking for someone to help support F&B merchants as they join a widely used app platform. This person will be exposed to how a fast-growing business operates and there will be plenty of learning opportunities available, allowing the individual to develop useful skillsets / gain helpful experience that will be beneficial in their career.
A) Enhancing Merchant Performance:
- Collaborate with the team to address operational challenges of F&B merchants
- Assist in aligning data across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
B) Competitor Insights:
- Work alongside the team to conduct merchant exit interviews
- Analyze findings and insights with the Customer Success team to refine retention and win-back strategies
C) Boosting Merchant Engagement:
- Support the team in interviewing merchants boost merchant engagement and stickiness to product
- Analyze barriers to system adoption and provide actionable recommendations to enhance system usage and merchant satisfaction.
