The Job
The assignment involves helping to keep track of merchant onboarding statuses and ensuring that the restaurants have everything it needs for a successful deals roll out. This may involve site visits, providing brief training to restaurant staff or assisting with simple troubleshooting.
These duties would include:
1. Support operational matters within the team (e.g. status tracking, document preparation, designing of POSM)
2. Working with merchants to ensure that they are prepared to launch on the F&B online/app platform
3. Training restaurant staff (using standard SOP guides or directing them to Help Centre articles)
