We are looking for an independent, kick-ass, driven, creative thinker Junior Digital Art Director (min. 1-2 year experience) Digital Art Director (min. 3 years experience) who will be responsible for clients' digital and social media presence plus quarterly campaigns. What you'll be doing: Reporting into the Creative Director and working with wider agency teams: client services, strategy and creative (.T E A M W O R K .) Ideating and executing creative concepts (The wackier the idea the better ????) Crafting stories and building brands through social content Designing social content, such as GIFs and videos Monitoring the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations/ ideas around trending topics (Scroll social media every day, yay! ) Presenting work to internal teams Participating in brain-storming sessions What you bring: Strong design conceptualization and execution skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphic design tools Excellent understanding of these social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok are musts. LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp and other social channels are nice-to-know.
