Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technicians and collaborate with engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate the daily activities within the department.

Prepare production weekly and monthly reports.

Actively lead and participate in 5S, and kaizen events.

Prepare and production tech shifts schedule on the product lines according to the production plan.

Performance KPI target: Monthly Target Output, The Best Product Quality, and shipment on-time delivery

Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 3 years of manufacturing supervision skills and experience.

Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent preferred.

Experience in MS Office functions including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Proactive and flexible in their approach to work.

Effective problem identification and solution skills.

Excellent communication skills to build key relationships with your team and other departments.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
