Job Position:Team Leader (Fresh Food Processing) (Fish & Seafood)
Company Background: Largest Chain Supermarket
Working Location: Sunview Rd, Singapore
Attached Training Store Location : Upper Thomson Rd.
Working Hours : 7am-3.20pm;
7.30am-3.50pm;
8am-4.20pm;
8.30am-4.50pm.
Salary Range: Basic Up to ($ 3,000) + Location Allowance ($110) +Flexible Benefit ($ 25) + AWS Allowance

:
1.Responsible for the fulfilment the store orders;
2.Required to monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items, as well as perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of your work area in accordance with safety procedures and hygiene standards;
3. To leading a team and are expected to do the following tasks;
4.Rostering and New staff onboarding
5.Ensure smooth production operations Ensure operations meet guidelines set (Food safety / GMP / quality / HACCP / etc);
6.Ensure good teamwork, productivity and efficiency;
7.Ensure team adhere to Code of Conduct Ordering of packaging materials.

Job Requirement
1.Diploma,NITEC or equivalent;
2.Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the Supermarket or food industry Familiar with GMP and ISO Quality systems Highly customer-oriented Motivated, meticulous and results oriented Resourceful and problem solver;
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, etc
