Job description
In your new role you will:
- Perform Industrial Engineering activities for manufacturing backend processes
- Determine planning factors for short term planning & scheduling for strategic planning scenarios
- Model, drive improvement initiatives and performance tracking of personnel efficiency
- Be responsible for standardization, area planning & optimization of layout efficiency
- Drive improvement for work method optimization, equipment capacity, capacity management and automation efficiency
- Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet planned demand
- Work closely with production to ensure a smooth production
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
- Less than 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Hands-on attitude, inquisitive thinking, good teamwork and keen for high quality output
- Fresh graduates with knowledge in Backend Test are welcome to apply
