Job Description
The Admin Assistant handles all relevant administrative support for tenants residing in dormitories. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
Description
- Manage residents\xe2\x80\x99 information including check in/out of resident, allocation of room/bed for residents and update door list
- Upkeep of master list of all residents, Maintain accurate and timely update of residents\' master profile
- Prepare residents\xe2\x80\x99 reports
- Monitor residents\xe2\x80\x99 work pass expiration
- Process delivery orders (DOs) and invoices
- Prepare purchase requisition for hardware and stationery
- Update maintenance schedule and contract expiry
- Keep records of dormitory defects, rectifications and costs.
- Provide monthly maintenance report
- Monitor dormitory utilities usage
- Assist in general administrative duties like attendance recording, despatch arrangement & leave management
- Min 2 years of working experience working in Dormitory
- Able to work independently
- Strong ability to adapt and embrace challenges
- Strong in excel skills
