Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and baking breads, rolls, cakes, and pastries according to recipes.
Support large-scale production for functions, buffets, and meal services.
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene of the work area and equipment.
Assist in receiving and storing bakery ingredients properly.
Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Some experience or training in baking/pastry preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Interest in large-scale catering or central kitchen production.
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Able to handle kitchen tasks.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
