We are looking for a (Junior) Business Analyst to be part of our exciting CRM & Marketing Operations team. In this position, you will be working closely with the relevant team members in implementing end-to-end customer lifecycle and CRM plans, conducting analyses and bringing your insights to life. This will help maximise our clients\xe2\x80\x99 customer lifetime value through increasing consumption and building loyalty.
