Your day to day responsibilities:
Manage CRM data and analytics for CRM marketing, including automation of campaigns and reports using SQL, Python, Spark, and CRM tools.
Analyse eCommerce and Direct to Consumer (DTC) data for CRM & Loyalty strategy and brand engagement
Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Interpret data to optimise business performance, CRM strategies, and campaigns across local markets.
Collaborate with campaign management and marketing automation teams for customer strategy execution
Work with BI and data operations to ensure comprehensive customer data analysis and contact history across channels
Design, develop, test, and deploy BI reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
Provide support for reporting queries, data investigation, and troubleshooting, optimising the reporting process.
Build ETL pipelines for data processing and automation
Manage and maintain customer databases for data integrity, including data migration as needed.
Develop and execute CRM activities for B2C and B2B, aligning with international strategy
Optimise CRM and marketing activities through customer profiling and segmentation
Initiate analysis projects to enhance customer relationships
Assess CRM programs, member communications, and promotional activities for ROI optimisation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in ecommerce and/or digital environments, focusing on customer acquisition, value, growth, and retention.
Hands-on experience with querying MSSQL databases and writing stored procedures
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar BI tools)
Practical knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Shell, Python) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R)
Previous experience in CRM data analytics and automation (a plus but not required)
Proficiency in working with relational databases and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer lifecycle and achieve business outcomes
Analyse marketing program requirements and conduct gap analysis for data availability
Define and implement data acquisition and update activities to maintain desired database coverage and quality levels
Strong business acumen and communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
