Prepare monthly billing reports for various clients;
Check invoices from various suppliers to ensure accurate data to provide to Finance dept.;
Open user accounts for clients and responds to customer queries；
Consolidate documents required from clients;
After-sales service and client's relationship maintaining;
Learning from different cloud providers;
Other ad-hoc responsibilities to support business operation.

Requirement:

Degree holder, marketing or relevant major；
Multi-task and willing to work at a fast pace;
Bilingual in English and Chinese as there is a need to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.
