Junior Captain (Japanese Fusion Restaurant) The Junior Captain is required to perform administrative and office support activities for the Food & Beverage Division. The duties would include but not restricted to fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. In addition, extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Who are we looking for?

• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the F&B industry or hospitality in a Japanese restaurant
• Postgraduate or diploma in hotel management or related courses
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable working in fast-paced environment
• Team player and ability to learn quickly
• Attentiveness and patience for guest
