Initia has been in the beauty and F&B industry for years. Now Art, Retail and Photo Studios. We are a fast paced growing company, bringing all unique and on-trend concepts. We have a lot of expansions going on and we need additional talents in our growing family. BRANDS UNDER INITIA:

About Am I Addicted: As part of the INITIA Group, we aim to create a guild-like platform for all Singapore ceramic artists and makers. We plan to open the biggest pottery studio and team, using our space not only as a ceramic studio but also as a place for gallery and as party venues. THE JOB:

• Ceramics tutoring;
• Design ceramic classes;
• Plan exhibitions and events including artist workshop;
• Kiln loading and unloading, and firing of ceramic pieces;
• Design and produce AIA ceramic product for retails purposes;
• Sets up, cleans, and demonstrates the use of equipment and instruments;
• Maintains inventories, orders supplies in accordance with purchasing procedures;
• Monitors safety and security of work area, equipment, supplies, and materials;
• Maintains cleanliness of work area;
• Any other assigned ad-hoc duties.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Candidates with at least a diploma or degree in 3D art-related qualifications, especially pottery;
• Possess intermediate knowledge of ceramics (throwing, trimming, and glazing);
• Able to make sake sets and teapot sets;
• Experience with teaching ceramics will be an absolute advantage;
• Passionate about working in the ceramics industry;
• Responsible and well-organized;
• Good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers;
• A team player;
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays;
• Meticulous, good organizational and documentation skills.
