Junior Chef 1

We are looking for individuals who are able to prepare pastry items in the kitchen according to guest orders and banquet event orders. The candidates should be able to prepare pastry items of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards.

The items to be prepared include pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces that are to be prepared ahead of time using the kitchen equipment.
