Roles & Responsibilities:

Matching, Mailing, Filing of invoices and delivery orders Correspondences and documents must be properly filed and maintained Data entry and emails Provide general administrative duties Follow up for payment and any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Well organized and computer literate No experience is required Office hour and alternate Saturday
