Responsibilities -Prepare food item in compliant with menu recipe and standards -Prepare and cook dishes in the menu according to restaurant's standards of quality, recipe, consistency and timelines. -Run kitchen operation -Maintain optimal kitchen and store cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygiene Requirements -Basic culinary skills -Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. -Able to work on a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays -Food hygiene certificate preferred
