We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Creative / Junior Graphic Designer to support the team in our visual & branding needs. The ideal Doll will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and a desire to contribute to innovative projects. You will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Layout:
Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, such as social media viasual, brochures, POSMs and packaging.
Develop compelling layouts for websites nd social media graphics.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Graphic Production:
Prepare files for print and digital production.
Collaborate with printers and developers to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
Concept Development:
Contribute to the creative development process by generating design ideas and concepts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions.
Research and Trends:
Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
Conduct research to identify target audiences and their preferences.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Diploma in Graphic Design or related fields
Possess a strong comprehension of brand's identity, products and target audience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent understanding of visual communication principles and design aesthetics.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Keen interest in beauty will be a plus
Thrives within a team environment & works well with others - equally reliable when working on your own initiative
Minimum 6 months commitment
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with website design and development.
Knowledge of animation or video editing software.
Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
