- Well groomed and excellent spoken English
- Working location : Orchard
- Assisting customers with services such as gift wrapping and VIP vouchers enquires etc
- Providing excellent customer service and advising promotions.
- Assisting VIP customers with their enquires and needs
- Minimum diploma
- Strong interest providing good customer service
- Basic Microsoft office knowledge required.
- Good experience in hospitality
