Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Junior Interior Designer

to join our interior design studio. In this role, you will assist in the design, documentation, and execution of interior design projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors. You will work closely with senior designers and clients to bring design concepts to life while learning and growing within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior designers in developing interior design concepts, presentations, and space planning solutions. Create mood boards, material boards, and visual presentations for client meetings. Assist with sourcing and specifying materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D visuals using design software. Assist in producing construction documentation, including FF&E schedules and technical drawings. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to obtain samples, quotes, and product information. Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assist with project installations as needed. Maintain project documentation, libraries, and studio organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field. 0-2 years of professional or internship experience in an interior design firm or related environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign); Revit, Lumion, or Enscape are a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory. Excellent visual presentation and communication skills. A portfolio showcasing design thinking, technical skills, and creativity. Detail-oriented with good time management and the ability to handle multiple projects.
