Job Description

As Junior distributor sales specialist, you:

• are in charge of growing the business of your assigned territory. You will need to meet volume & leadership in-store short-term and long-term targets.
• will also need to influence customers' decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior

• will develop and monitor new business opportunities. This includes but is not limited to contacting new customers, preparing orders and managing customer concerns
• will work directly with the company executives and multi-functional team for the right go-to-market strategies to grow the business exponentially
• deal professionally on the phone and in person with customers, vendors and fellow employees. Cooperate with other members of the team to ensure the customer receives an excellent level of service.
• And other related tasks/projects as the need arises and as the company grows

Qualifications:

• Have at least a bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 1 years Sales experience
• Must be familiar in Samar Area.
• Great communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills with good command of English.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be a team player with positive attitude.
• Basic Computer skills are required.
• Valid driver license and motor vehicle
