The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Architect to join our team. The Junior Enterprise Architect will work alongside the Group Head of Technology Masterplanning and VP of GTO Architecture a & Change Management Office to develop, implement and maintain enterprise-level technology solutions. This position is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about technology and has the ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Collaborate with senior technology leaders and stakeholders to define and implement enterprise-level technology solutions to meet business needs.
  • Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, including but not limited to performance, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, models, and documentation that capture the current state, future state, and transition plans for enterprise systems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the selection of appropriate technology solutions, vendors, and service providers based on evaluation criteria that consider technical, functional, and financial factors.
  • Participate in technology and process reviews to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations and action plans to address them.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to enterprise architecture, and apply them to enhance enterprise solutions and systems.
  • Assist with the evaluation of new technologies and provide recommendations for adoption, including the development of business cases, proof-of-concept prototypes, and technical evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of enterprise architecture principles, strategies, and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture governance processes, including standards, policies, and procedures, as well as the review and approval of architecture artifacts and solutions.
  • Actively participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing activities to promote the growth and development of the enterprise architecture team and the organization as a whole.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in enterprise architecture, system analysis or related field.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level technology solutions such as ERP systems, CRM systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or SABSA.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise architecture tools such as Alphabet or ARIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $8,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month Benefits:
