to join our finance team. The role supports day-to-day finance operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger, while also assisting with project cost tracking and reporting for our high-end hospitality and F&B interior decoration and FF&E manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Operations
Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments accurately and on time.
Monitor collections, and update AR aging reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
General data input (eg. Keying in Material Prices / Products / Project Usage from Invoices, maintenance of Stock Lists)
Project Finance Support
Assist in project cost tracking (materials, subcontractors, production costs).
Prepare and maintain cost reports for ongoing projects.
Coordinate with project managers and contracts team for financial updates.
Payroll, Reporting & Compliance
Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations (IRAS, MOM, GST, CPF, etc).
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks as needed.
Payroll processing (Attendance, Monthly, Daily Wages, Claims, Leave & OT/Allowance Calculations and workman's compensation)
Onboarding and Maintenance of Employees' Data (New Joiners / Resigned / Personal Data Changes, Employment contracts, Resignations, Leave applications)
Staff related invoices (course fees, medical fees, security bond, IRAS, etc.) and administration
General & Administration
Online searches for candidates and coordination of interviews
Assist in Work permit administration
Workers Course administration including grant applications
Assist in maintenance and administration of licenses and insurance policies
Other office and factory administration (including service maintenance contracts, telecommunication, fire & safety, etc)
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
1-3 years of relevant working experience (internship experience considered).
Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and statutory requirements in Singapore.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, XERO or similar).

Salary : S$ 2,500 to S$3,000
