Job Description

Required:Familiarity with Computer Networking
Familiar with Network Services
Familiarity with Wireshark and other Network troubleshooting tools
Familiarity with Linux/Unix Systems
Knowledge of VoIP
Trainable (Strongly required)
Familiar with at least 1 programming language
Familiar with Remote Access tools such as TeamViewer
Good communications skills
Preferred:Certified with any Networking Certification (i.e. CCNA or CompTia Network+)
Knowledge of VoIP phones (i.e. Yealink, Grandstream, Polycom, Aastra/Mitel)
Knowledge of VoIP Systems (i.e. 3CX, FreePBX)
Knowledge of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP)
Familiar with MS Office productivity toolsThe most important part is that applicants should have a good understanding of how computer network works and have basic programming skills.Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)Benefits:
