Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in installing, configurarting software, hardware and networks
- Troubleshoot and monitor system performance
- Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Maintain and support IT assets such as PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers.
- Improve all system and network operations processes.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement and provide technical support for network infrastructure and equipment.
- Provide user support for system and Windows Desktops
- Prepare the IT budget for expenses
- Travel to various locations to perform setup, upgrading and maintenance jobs
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in system/network administration.
- Advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
- Proficient in Windows/iOS systems.
- Experienced in Network Security, Diagnostic Test, Software Troubleshoot, Hardware Troubleshoot, MS Office, Video Conference.
