IMMEDIATE VACANCY (SINGAPOREAN ONLY)**IT Technical Helpdesk Support Needed!!**~Strong in Chinese Mandarin Communication~Job Requirements:
- IT helpdesk first-level support
- Call Centre experience is advantageous
- Basic experiences with IT troubleshooting
- Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
- Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
- Good communication skills and detail in work
- Good Customer Service
- Qualification: Higher Nitec or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of related experience
- Location: West/Central
- Monday to Friday
