We are the #1 Outsourcing Authority and we offer the world's leading aggregator marketplace for outsourcing.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Junior IT Network Administrator to be part of our core team at Outsource Accelerator.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configures and maintains the organization's internal computer network;
• Manages network security tools, e.g., firewall, anti-virus and intrusion detection systems; * Identifies, troubleshoots, solves and documents network connectivity and performance issues;
• Installs and supports hardline telephones and other networked telecommunication devices;
• Monitors network performance and optimizes the network for optimal speed and availability;
• Installs, configures and maintains network hardware, for example, Cisco routers and switches;
• Deploys, configures and upgrades network software, such as, enterprise antivirus or diagnostics programs;
• Implements and maintains emergency backup and restore systems for mission-critical network servers;
• Regulates user access to sensitive files to protect against internal security breaches.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 years degree in IT, Programming or IT Infra-Engineering courses;
• Experience in a system administrator of at least 1 year
• Experience in BPO set-up
• Knowledgeable on end-user desktop support services, maintenance of servers and other networked devices
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
