Job description \xc2\xb7 Contribute to the design thinking and process \xc2\xb7 Translate the design ideas into design solutions \xc2\xb7 Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design and Design Development \xc2\xb7 Construction documentation and site inspection work \xc2\xb7 Project management and coordination, ensure projects are carried out within contract terms and schedules \xc2\xb7 Participate in client, consultant, contractor meetings and tender interviews \xc2\xb7 Coordinate on plans\xe2\x80\x99 submission and liaise with relevant authorities \xc2\xb7 Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess a Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Proven fluency in English (verbal & written). \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in landscape design with some projects experience \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently as well as be a good team player \xc2\xb7 Creative, design proficiency, good visualization and graphic skills \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite Software packages \xc2\xb7 Excellent conceptualization skills and able to articulate concepts into design and details \xc2\xb7 Excellent organization skills \xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge of trees and plants, their form, physiology, growth habits and landscape materials \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of plants used in design and specifications required to implement the project. \xc2\xb7 Experience of the landscape planning process and the knowledge of construction detailing in compliance preferred Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.
