Junior Loan Administrator

Job Description
: We are seeking a Junior Loan Administrator to join our team and support our loan processing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently, and that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Process loan applications, ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with clients to obtain any missing information or documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and funding
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and update loan files as needed
- Monitor loan applications throughout the processing cycle and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Possess a diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a loan administration or related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with loan origination software is a plus
