Description
- Provides casework and counselling to support patients and their families in coping with their skin conditions.
- Provides psychosocial assessment.
- Works closely with other healthcare professionals in a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care for patients.
- Conducts group work intervention for patients and their families.
- Conducts community work projects to outreach patients.
- Supports department initiatives and events.
- Bachelor Degree in Social Work/Graduate Diploma in Social Work
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in healthcare & family services setting will have added advantage
- Individuals with good clinical experience will be preferred
- Good communication skills, dynamic and patient-oriented personality
