Purpose




Perform service and equipment configuration, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance so as to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction of the companys Enterprise services



Responsibilities



Provide on-site support to install, provision, and maintain network equipment and services, covering local enterprise networks, remote access, internet, traffic management and network health reporting

Design, engineer, and manage configuration of network elements.

Conduct validation testing, design and review of test reports after installation of a network extensions, to determine compliance with the design/ contract specifications

Support and provide advice to solutions, performance issues and other problems regarding complex coupling of companys MPLS Infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Document all technical issues and resolution status

Participate in network projects including the refresh and upgrade of existing network infrastructure with new functionalities and technologies

Perform weekly rotating 24x7 standby duties

Qualifications Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Computer Engineering Knowledge of telecommunication services and fixed transport network technology Experiences in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, access points Familiar with Riverbed, SDWAN Possesses a valid Class 3 (manual gear) driving licence and be willing to operate an assigned company motor vehicle Perform rotating standby duties including weekends and public holidays
