Job Description

Blacklane is looking for an awesome Junior Operations Market Manager to join the APAC team.
If you're a data-oriented individual with a knack for relationship building, negotiation and problem solving, then we'd love to set up a call. Your challenge is to build and implement solutions to tackle a market which was heavily hit during COVID and is now growing at an unprecedented pace. The post-COVID world is challenging, and implementing sustainable and scalable solutions is not an easy task.

  • You will support the Market Managers by solving our supply partner's most pressing issues, onboarding new supply partners and tackling day-to-day operations management tasks.
  • You will ensure the successful account management of supply partners in your designated markets.
  • You will develop and own relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • You will be responsible for conducting audits and quality checks on the ground within your markets.
  • You will be responsible for keeping the legal requirements in your markets updated.
  • You will proactively manage the acquisition, selection, and training of potential partners in existing and new markets.
ABOUT YOU
  • 1-3 years experience in the travel industry, operations or similar role in a fast paced environment.
  • Passion for problem solving with creative solutions.
  • An eye for operational efficiency.
  • Analytical skills and strategic mindset.
  • Experience solving supplier and customer issues.
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
